Good performances from two of the lads I'm doing the Welsh 3000ers with next weekend in the Great North Run - 1 Hour 54 minutes from Dan Case and 1 Hour 31 minutes from Huw Fryer. Great effort guys!

Triathlon Dave
I've been doing the sport of triathlon since 2006 (when I completed my first race on a front suspensioned mountain bike). Since them I've improved steadily, with my best results including 3rd (17-24 category) at the London Triathlon (Olympic Distance) and 2nd in the Stockton Triathlon, my home town race.
I've also competed for Great Britain in the World Triathlon Championships (17-24 Sprint Distance).
This blog will follow my progress over the year as I aim for more podium positions, and hopefully some wins.
